The index for shelter continued to rise in January, rising 0.6 % and contributing over two
thirds of the month-to-month all objects enhance.

The six-month core studying is as much as 3.7% annualized vs 3.2% prior whereas the three-month annualized fee rose to 4% from 3.3%.

There are massive greenback bids on this with rate-cut pricing for year-end all the way down to 92 bps from 111 bps.
