Author and philanthropist Sudha Murty has been nominated to the Rajya Sabha by President Droupadi Murmu. Congratulating Ms Murty, Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated her presence within the Rajya Sabha is a robust testament to the nation’s ‘Nari Shakti’ because the announcement got here on International Women’s Day.
