Authorities in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) stated Sunday they’d arrested a number of foreigners who had been allegedly concerned in a thwarted coup attempt after a shootout in the capital left three individuals useless.
The brief official statements did little to deal with questions raised by the apparently beginner ways of the alleged plotters and their ease in accessing one of Congo’s most safe websites.
