Bungie has gained its court battle against cheat and mod site, AimJunkies.
As reported by journalist Stephen Totilo, AimJunkies, aka Phoenix Digital, was instructed to pay the Destiny 2 developer $63,210 in damages – that is the income the corporate is assumed to have earned promoting the cheats – setting a brand new precedent in what’s regarded as the primary lawsuit whereby a jury has dominated on a game-cheating case.
