American spots named in National Geographic’s ‘Best of the World’ travel list, from cities in Florida to California and more

National Geographic launched its annual “Best of the World” travel listing for 2025.

Out of the 25 international locations, three U.S. areas made the minimize: Florida’s Ocala National Forest, Boise, Idaho, and Los Angeles, California.
