Two adverts for alcohol model Litty Liquor have been banned for encouraging extreme and irresponsible ingesting.

Instagram posts from the Litty Liquor account in December featured images of the rapper ArrDee tasting rum and ingesting with pals in a nightclub.

The regulator stated the adverts had been “likely to encourage excessive consumption of alcohol”.

The rapper is beneath 25 which can also be in breach of promoting guidelines. The commercials have since been eliminated.

Litty Liquor, additionally responding on behalf of ArrDee, confirmed that the rapper was beneath 25 years of age on the time the advertisements had been seen, and apologised for his presence, which they accepted was in breach of the foundations.
