Former Radio City DJ announces new show on different station
Former Radio City DJ Scott Hughes has a new job on a different station.
He will be a part of In Demand Radio to host the DAB station’s drive time show 4 days per week, in addition to a morning show on Saturdays. Scott will be a part of the station from March 11, having introduced his departure from Radio City final 12 months.
The presenter joined Radio City in 2014, most lately internet hosting the breakfast show with Leanne Campbell. However, Scott was changed on the breakfast show by Joel Ross because the Radio City and Rock FM reveals had been merged.

“Scott’s talent, charisma, and deep connection with the Liverpool community make him the perfect addition to our team. We can’t wait for our listeners to experience his unique brand of entertainment.”
In an Instagram video asserting his new job, Scott stated: “I wasn’t born right here however I’ve been made to really feel so at house for the previous 20 years. I like it right here – my mates are right here and I’m proud to name Liverpool my house.
“I wanted to do everything in my power to stay here and then this opportunity came up..”
