Humza Yousaf splits with the UK government as he says Scotland will not suspend funding from the UN’s relief agency over Hamas terror claims

Humza Yousaf risked sparking a row with Downing Street after he confirmed the Scottish government will not suspend funding from the UN’s relief agency after allegations some members participated in Hamas’ terror assault on Israel.
