Joe Biden blasted for ’embarrassing’ meddling in UK migration policy
Joe Biden has been criticised for meddling in the UK’s migration policy, after the Rwanda deal was deemed unlawful in the courts.
The White House has prompt the UK mustn’t withdraw from the ECHR, claiming it may threaten the peace in Northern Ireland.
But Democratic Unionist MP Ian Paisley Jr dubbed Biden a “blathering idiot” for his remarks, claiming he hasn’t defined how the policy would threaten peace.

“He hasn’t defined how any U.Okay. home policy would threaten peace.
“Could he inform us the safety intelligence he has that claims whom goes to kill and bomb over this.
“Even Sinn Fein could be embarrassed by these presidential pronouncements.
“After all of the inference is that Sinn Féin’s previous bedfellows are about to interrupt the peace course of.
“What a silly old fool!”
Responding to the UK’s threats to depart the European Convention on Human Rights in order to get the Rwanda deal off the bottom, a senior whitehouse official advised the New York Times they’re “Definitely all keeping an eye on Northern Ireland”.
Meanwhile, the US State Department stated: “Our priority remains protecting the gains of the Belfast/Good Friday agreement, and preserving peace, stability and prosperity for the people of Northern Ireland.”
Conservative MP David Jones additionally piled in on the US Government’s remarks, accusing Biden of “anti-British sentiments”.
He claimed the President’s “personal prejudices” may bitter the Anglo-British relationship.
While Conservative Party Deputy Chairman Lee Anderson mocked Biden for the intervention, advising him to give attention to his personal “illegal migration crisis”.
He joked: “It’s very sort of President Biden to supply his pearls of knowledge to the UK while we’re determined to get the Rwanda Scheme working to assist clear up our unlawful migration disaster.
