Lindsey Graham: Russia issues arrest warrant for top Republican
Russia has issued an arrest warrant for US Senator Lindsey Graham, after an edited video appeared to point out him celebrating Russian troops’ deaths.
The footage, which spliced collectively two separate moments, was posted by President Volodymyr Zelensky’s workplace after the pair met in Kyiv on Friday.

After Moscow criticised Senator Graham’s feedback final week – with Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov telling reporters “it’s hard to imagine a greater shame for the country than having such senators” – Ukraine uploaded the total, unedited clip to social media on Sunday.
The footage confirmed that Senator Graham made the feedback throughout two separate components of the assembly, subsequently edited by President Zelensky’s workplace to look instantly after one another.
