Punjab Minister Seen In Objectionable Video, Women Panel NCW Calls For Probe

The National Commission for Women (NCW) has expressed grave concern over the allegations made in opposition to Punjab minister Balkar Singh of participating in inappropriate sexual conduct and sought a immediate and neutral probe into the matter.
The allegations had been dropped at mild by BJP chief Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga, who accused Balkar Singh, a member of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), of participating in inappropriate sexual conduct.
According to Mr Bagga, Mr Singh was concerned in a sexual exercise throughout a video name with a lady in search of employment.
The NCW, led by its chairperson Rekha Sharma, has vehemently condemned the purported behaviour.
