President Putin has stated Russia is “open” to talks on restoring a Black Sea grain export deal, simply hours after Moscow pounded one of Ukraine’s key grain-exporting ports in a single day.
President Erdogan of Turkey is meeting the Russian chief in an effort to revive the grain export deal between Russia and Ukraine, which collapsed when the Kremlin pulled out in July.
Moscow has since repeatedly attacked Ukraine’s port infrastructure in what Kyiv says is a cynical try to harm its exports and undermine world meals safety.

The Russian drone assault on Monday broken a grain export hub on the Danube river, officers stated, including that warehouses and agricultural tools had been broken.
