Tino Livramento has returned to the England Under-21s squad for the primary time in over 18 months.
The Newcastle defender has not featured since March 2022, having suffered a severe knee harm a month later which dominated him out for over a 12 months.
He has made 4 appearances for Newcastle since his Ł32million transfer from Southampton in August.
Aaron Ramsey has additionally returned, with Brentford goalkeeper Matthew Cox – at the moment on mortgage at Bristol Rovers – Liverpool defender Jarell Quansah, Hull’s Jaden Philogene and Jonathan Rowe of Norwich given their first name ups for the Euro qualifiers towards Serbia and Ukraine.
