After the Saudia airplane took off from Birmingham as we speak, the airport’s CEO Nick Barton, stated: “Jeddah is a fascinating historic city, very big on tourism for Saudi Arabia, but crucially as well, they connect to many flights and destinations across the world from the east, so it’s a very big day for us at Birmingham Airport.”
Manal Alshehri, Sales VP for Saudi, informed BirminghamWorld: “The UK is a giant marketplace for us and we’re proud that we’re working right here now. We got here right here by way of our companions and the air connectivity programme. We imagine there are three segments which are essential to make use of. First, Saudi is opening to the world proper now, so we imagine that we are going to have plenty of vacationers coming to Saudi Arabia.
“And the second is that there’s a large neighborhood which has an curiosity in England and particularly in Birmingham. The third motive is as a part of our transformation, considered one of our goals is to attach the east with the west so we imagine we are actually activating the transit market in Jeddah.”
