Shoplifting couple who terrorised market town jailed
A prolific shoplifting couple with greater than 60 convictions for theft have been jailed after terrorising a market town.
Scott McSpadden and Tanya Momot, who are already banned from getting into retailers collectively, stole tons of of kilos value of alcohol and hair straighteners from two main shops.
The couple have a mixed whole of 120 felony offences towards their names, together with 60 thefts, and have been already topic to Criminal Behaviour Orders (CBOs), however they’d, till now, escaped jail.
In their newest crime spree in Wisbech, a picturesque market town in Cambridgeshire bordering Norfolk and Lincolnshire, McSpadden, 39, entered a department of Aldi whereas his girlfriend Momot, 31, stored a lookout outdoors.

The following day, the pair entered B&M within the close by Cromwell Retail Park and loaded service luggage with 9 Elle hair straighteners, 10 Elle heated hairbrush units and eight fruity bathtub fizzers value a complete of £197.71. They have been disturbed by a member of workers then ran out of the store.
