Sky down as frustrated customers left without internet and 13,000 users complain of network issue
Frustrated Sky customers have been left without internet this night, with 1000’s reporting an issue with their network.
Around 13,000 users throughout the UK are believed to be affected by the loss of wifi after customers first reported an issue on Down Detector round 10pm.
Sky provides satellite tv for pc tv service as properly as broadband internet and dwelling telephone service, the Mirror reports.
Posting within the feedback part of Down Detector, Ron Bell mentioned: “Internet speeds up and down in Newcastle upon Tyne, NE15 area code. Ridiculous for what I am paying. Sort your s*** service out Sky.”
Shirli Alexander added: “It’s Monday and how do I know because SKY is down in SE18 4H* area. If you buy Sky, know that it doesn’t work on weekends.”
Users bombarded the remark part of a Sky Help Team submit on X, previously Twitter, to complain in regards to the service.
The firm had requested if anybody was experiencing connection points. Thomas Wellock replied: “I have trouble with everything of yours – signal is always shocking, Wi-Fi down for the 5th time this year, was conned into buying Sky glass which is the absolute worst TV/service out there. Always glitches, cuts out and c**p screen quality is nowhere near as good as competitors.”
While a second individual mentioned: “Mine’s out again, this is getting ridiculous now how often it just stops working ergh.”
Another added: “My connection’s out. Thought it was just me, reset my router. Nope, still not working. Can’t even access the Sky app. Not happy.”
