Ukrainian forces superior in western Zaporizhzhia Oblast and close to Bakhmut amidst stories of poor weather situations, the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) said in its Oct. 9 report.
Oleksandr Shtupun, spokesperson for the Ukrainian military’s Tavria Group preventing on the southern entrance traces, reported that the counteroffensive gained floor west of Verbove (18 kilometers south of Orikhiv in Zaporizhzhia Oblast) and close to Klishchiivka and Andriivka, southwest of Bakhmut.
