VCUarts Qatar Presents “Meta-Functions of Cultural Production” at ARS Electronica
VCUarts Qatar’s inaugural participation within the ARS Electronica Campus Exhibition, Meta-Functions of Cultural Production, incorporates a choice of 10 works produced by undergraduate and graduate college students and student-faculty collaborations.
